Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On one hand, the location was beautiful with fantastic views over the sea, and the staff, particularly Luiz, was incredibly kind and eager to please. However, some areas of improvement were needed, and the room was very dated and old fashioned, not what I had expected.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few drawbacks. The rooms were nice and spacious with an amazing view of the beach, but they felt a bit old and outdated. The service was friendly and helpful overall, although there were some moments of unprofessionalism. The location was good, right in the center of Acapulco with fantastic views over the sea, but some areas needed improvement. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag with a gorgeous dinner buffet but slightly chaotic atmosphere. The facilities were satisfactory, offering essential services for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I got was big and clean, offering an impressive ocean view, but it wasn't the one I expected from the photos. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't too friendly, and the breakfast left something to be desired - cold food and no clean glasses. Overall, not a place I would recommend to anyone.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had some humidity issues, but they offered fantastic views and a small kitchenette with a full-size fridge and a microwave. The service was lacking in communication but redeemed itself with a delightful dinner prepared for our special celebration. The location had its sketchy aspects, but it was fantastic being in the heart of the Acapulco Diana district, with plenty of amenities nearby. The dining was fine, with both good and not-so-great options. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
The hotel wasn't spectacular. The room I stayed in wasn't the one in the photo, and the staff wasn't friendly. The breakfast was cold, and there were no clean glasses. It was the worst place to stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. On the positive side, the Estudio room had a fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, plates, and everything else we needed during our stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were occupied by smoking people, and while they were clean, they could use some updating, leaving a bit of a cold Spartan feel. However, the proximity to the sea was a definite plus.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice with a great view, although they need some improvement in cleanliness and odor. The service was extremely good and thorough, although a bit slow at times. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily access markets, stores, restaurants, and museums. The dining experience exceeded our expectations with a variety of food options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to markets, stores, and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. Despite some issues with valet parking, the overall experience was great.
